The 15 stories building located near by Phnom Penh International Airport. Grond, first and second floor are car parking. 3rd-4th-5th floor are supper maket. 6th floor is leisure area (swiming pool, gym, massage, spa, pub,...). 7th-14th are acomodation area. The top is Helicopter service.
